You can view the contents from any device, you only need an internet connection on your phone, tablet, computer or smart tv. The most important thing is that you have the best possible sound quality.

The sessions are done in rigorous direct by streaming using Zoom and to connect you will only need to have created a free Zoom email account and I will send you a link by email. It is recommended to have the session open with your user in the browser 10 minutes before the agreed time.

I summarize the steps to follow:

1. Login to Zoom.
2. Check your email to see the email I sent you with the data to access.
3. Check your sound system for the best possible sound quality.

The main advantage of online sessions is that you can receive them almost in any place where you feel comfortable and relaxed.

You have up to two days in advance to change the appointment. As you have already contracted the service, you just have to tell me to schedule a day and time that best suits your time and we will modify it. We will do it by phone and it will be confirmed by email to remind you.

Look in your mailbox in the inbox and if they don’t appear there, they may be in your SPAM or Junk folder. If you add my email address to your contacts it will not happen again and you will receive them in your inbox.

Don’t worry if you don’t remember your password, you can generate a new one at the link *Forgot your password? found at the bottom of the Login screen. We will send you a new one immediately to the email you used to register, we recommend that you modify it when you access your account in the “Account details” section
